Shipping & Returns Policies
We accept Canadian Orders Only and ship Canada Post.
Orders are shipped in one business day and an estimate of the delivery time is specified at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
All items qualify for free shipping Expedited Parcel on orders of $49 and more
*Nunavut, free on orders above $79.

Package not received:
99% of the time, our packages are delivered within the time range specified above, thanks to Canada Post efficiency and professionalism. In the eventuality a package is not delivered, we do everything possible to accommodate our customers as follow :
-Package shipped Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority :
If a package is not delivered within the regular delivery time frame provided by Canada Post for the upper mentioned services, we investigate with Canada Post and if they can't manage to find and deliver the package within a short period of time (1 week), we ship another package without additional charge.
Note : if a package cannot be delivered due to an error in the provided shipping address (ex. customer omits to specify the apartment number), we can :
(1) ship the package again for an additional charge corresponding to the shipping fee of the returned package + the shipping fee of the additional shipping + $5 or
(2) issue a refund corresponding to the total order value minus our expenses (initial shipping fee + $5). The refund will be issued, only after we receive the package back to our office.
Please take a special care to provide your complete shipping address to avoid such situation.

All customers must contact us when they receive a defective or incorrect item and are requesting a refund or a replacement. Please use our contact form here.
For sanitary purposes, all sales are final unless defective or unused in original packages. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure they are in good conditions and that no error was made in your order. As part of our 60 day Satisfaction Guarantee, we will replace or refund defective items, items related to shipping errors we made and unused items in their original packages. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please return the items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Items returned without original packaging may NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 60 days return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us here.
In your return package please include:
- The packing slip (invoice)
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the item.
Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement and up to 1 week for a refund.
