Shipping Policy
We accept Canadian Orders Only.
All orders are paid to Bluehawks Group Inc. and we assure discreet shipping at all time.
Orders placed before 2PM EST business week are processed the same day. Order received after 2PM are processed the following day. Order placed after 2PM on Friday are processed the following Monday morning.
(1) All items listed in this section here , mostly condoms and some other low weight products, qualify for free shipping regular mail without minimal order requirements. (2) Futhermore, in general, all items in the store qualify for free shipping expedited parcel for orders above $29 except for Nunavut (free for orders above $49).
The shipping is processed by Canada Post or Fedex and is regulated by their shipping policies. On that basis, we are constraint to Canada Post & Fedex working schedule, and consequently cannot ship on week-ends and holidays.
Shipping Options :
- Canada Post Regular Mail (free) : ~ 5-10 business days, may take up to 13 business days for western & remote regions. **Note: In order to comply with Canada Post regulations in relation to envelope dimensions that can be shipped regular mail, it is possible that your condoms be removed from the original retail box and repacked to respect the format imposed by Canada Post. In this perspective, please be assured that we process the repackaging with caution not to harm the condoms in any way.
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking number (recommended) : ~ 2-5 business days, may be longer for western & remote regions.
- Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking number (recommended) : ~ 1-3 business days. This option is offered only in regions where Xpresspost is faster than Expedited parcel, otherwise we offer only the Expedited Parcel option.

For Fedex, please use FedEx Rates and Transit Time tool to get a precise estimation of delivery time. We ship from J7V7X6 and we offer the following services : (1) Ground, (2) 2Day, (3) Priority Overnight. The availability of the services may vary from one destination address to the other.
Package not received
When a package cannot be delivered due to an error in the provided shipping address (ex. customer omits to specify the apartment number), we can (1) ship the package again for an additional charge corresponding to the shipping fee of the returned package + the shipping fee of the additional shipping + $5 or (2) issue a refund corresponding to the total order value minus our expenses (initial shipping fee + $5). The refund will be issued, only after we receive the package back to our office.
When a package is not delivered in time after being shipped via Canada Post Regular Mail due to any other reasons than an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we wait until the 13 business days delivery period ends, confirm that the package has still not arrived, and ship the package again, to the original shipping address only, via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for no additional charge.
Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Returns Policy
All customers must contact us when they receive a defective or incorrect item and are requesting a replacement. Please use our contact form here.
For sanitary purposes, all sales are final unless defective. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure they are in good conditions and that no error was made in your order. We will replace for defective items only (or for any shipping errors we made). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without original packaging may NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 days return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us here.
In your return package please include:
- The packing slip (invoice)
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the item.
- If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement and up to 1 week for a refund.
